Gears and gearbox parts from Schray drive technology - complete production or part processing. Complete production ranges from procurement of materials to the finished part including hardening treatment. We offer a comprehensive range of processing within the scope of complete production. Our strengths lie particularly in the fields of hobbing, shaping, broaching, gear flank grinding and honing. In detail, we perform the following operations: Sawing Turning Milling Boring Gear tooth milling also bevelled, helical and crowned Skiving Gear tooth forming also non-round gears Gear tooth broaching also polygon profiles Specials Hardening treatment Internal /external /cylindrical and surface grinding Gear flank grinding Gear flank honing We accept all of the above processes for our customers on a sub-contract basis. Products Top name machine inventory Mazak, Gildemeister, Koepfer, Pfauter, Liebherr, Lorenz, Klink, Reishauer, Fässler. Our modern and comprehensive range of machinery which covers every conceivable option, particularly in our fields of specialisation and is multiple equipped, allows us to perform all process operations under one roof. There are 3 Faessler honing machines available for gear tooth flank honing and 3 Reishauer machines for flank grinding. Our highly modern plant handle various steels but also titanium and aluminium right through to plastics. We have even expanded into the application of composite materials. Machine list Short and medium runs We do not produce long runs. Our main focus lies in technically sophisticated small and medium runs but we also offer a one-off and special design service. As a consequence we are very flexible in terms of supply options and special requirements. Prototyping Prototype production for our discerning customers means we are constantly in demand and participate in the latest technical developments.
